Control communications was formed in 2005 as a Limited Liability Corporation. The principal owners include Mr. Ruperto Morocho, Mr. Emuado Real and Mr. Richard Ramon. In 2005 three entrepreneurs with 25 years experience in the electronic field from the Bronx identified a need in their locality for additional two-way radios. After antidotal research the entrepreneurs found that there was little to no sellers or servers of two-way radio in the Spanish speaking community.
The company started in response to the need for a Spanish speaking electronics company in the East Tremont location of the Bronx. With equal ownership of the company, the three men went on to create an electronics company. The first partner Mr. Ruperto Morocho has an extensive background, in business as a restaurateur. Mr. Morocho owns three successful restaurants. Mr. Real is also a businessman with many years of experience in the electronic field.
Control communication is a 5 years old company with increasing in profit annually. The three principals work full time in the business, marketing, selling and installing the products. Mr. Morocho (first owner) had the original idea to start the business after owning a successful restaurant. Throughout the first year the co-owners put all of the proceeds back into the business amassing assets and profits.
